Shipping

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. They are wrapped and packed with love before making their journey to your home. At checkout you will be charged a flat rate based on weight per item. After the products have been shipped, if you’ve been overcharged, you will be refunded the difference. I base my calculations on the average cost per pound according to the USPS website. Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time Flower of Life Pottery does not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage or if you received a broken item. If you have received an item that has been broken in transit, please email Flower of Life Pottery at xochi.harbison@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include pictures of the damaged item.

Flower of Life Pottery is not responsible for lost packages. If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but it never arrived, you can file a claim online with USPS.
